Shipping policy
qiyoume.com ships to countries and regions currently available at checkout.
Our current shipping options are:
- Standard Shipping: USD $8.99, estimated delivery within 15–30 business days;
- Express Shipping: USD $15, estimated delivery within 7–15 business days;
- Free shipping is available for orders of USD $59.99 or more, subject to the information shown at checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped. Holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.
When tracking information is available, it will be sent by email after shipment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are generally the recipient’s responsibility.
